These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of intialfirst.com and the services provided by IntialFirst LLC ("Intial First," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Intial First provides AI-powered website and automation services for local businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Services include AI chatbot setup, lead automation, website design, calendar integration, and related deliverables as described in the plan you purchase (Starter or Growth).

2. Payment & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly beginning on the date of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• All fees are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Setup begins after successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• If your system is not delivered within the timeframe stated (48 hours for standard builds), you are entitled to a full refund of your setup payment upon request.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to intialfirst@gmail.com.

4. Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver your AI website and automations within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding intake. Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity, completeness of information provided, and volume of current orders. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding.
• You must have the right to use any content, logos, or images you submit to us.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and account security.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website content and assets we build specifically for your business. Intial First retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, and proprietary automation configurations. We reserve the right to use your project as a case study or portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intial First is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or terms of those platforms. Disruptions to third-party services are outside our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
